So it’s taken ages to just work up the courage to put these out there, well what the hell.
These are some music tracks i have been working on in Reason and Logic for “a project that doesn’t exist” (it may some day turn into a project with the same title) They are all still works in progress. Some are calmer and others are break beat inspired. It might sound a bit mad but all these tracks have a very sound cinematic/theatrical images which i composed them for (all be it in my head). There are no pre recorded Loops used in any of this.
I have been messing around with Reason and Logic for years and have helped people record and put together music for various projects over the years so i finally thought i’d put some of my own out there. critical comments are always welcomed.
keep in mind this is intended as soundtrack stuff to images that don’t exist.
If you don’t fiddle with webdesign and such things this post isn’t for you.
OK so all of my web fiddling and messing to find ways of making websites more Graphic font friendly have paid off, i’ve tried both image and flash font replacement but it doesn’t work on IOS and also it’s not SEO friendly so i abandoned all hope, until now!
For the first time i can say “God bless you google”
If you design or mess around with website code you will love Google Fonts beta. (Google it, what do you want a map?)
It’s amazing, seo friendly, free font replacement, now we can nearly make sites look how we want them.
I’m off to re-design everything!
Here is an example, the following is one simple line of inline html and a few lines of inline css in this WordPress post.
AMAZING with a little inline css and one line of html code! selectable SEO friendly rendered fonts and best of all FREE!
Well the websites is now restyled and has a full Spanish version! (some pages still to translate but back-end working nicely) everything from the iphone to the blog, twitter and facebook seems to be now integrated nicely! Happy and going to put me feet up!

Well the new show is now fully up and running. The initial 7 performances as part of Temple Bar Trad Fest went really well and gave us the chance to hone the show and improvise a bit with live audiences.
The site has been updated and you can see video and photos from some of the performances.
I hope to post images and video as we tour the show around so check back again.
The show is now available for touring and so hopefully we’ll see you at a street or theatre soon!
Hi, My fifth solo (not really solo as you’ll see) The Tall Tale of Mr. Punch will premier in Late January 2010.
The show will firstly bring ‘Mr. Punch back to the Dublin city streets and secondly for the first time in 300 years of Irish Punch Theatre fuse him with Traditional Irish music.
While it’s a family show, I’m holding nothing back!
( If Tom & Gerry had an email address I’m sure they’d get them too)
Our tradition, despite it’s age, has been so modeled by the British Punch we’re really working hard on creating something going back to the Italian roots but also unique and TRULY IRISH!
I’m really lucky to be working with a highly respected fiddle player and composer Malachy Bourke on the show and he’ll be playing live.
Watch out for some “slap-stick” fun and a little satire returning to `punch’ theatre from Jan!
